Bambi co-founded Chrysalis Partners where she works as an executive coach and consultant. She is also a keynote speaker and author. Bambi works with leaders, individuals and teams to create sustainable, positive change that generates the results they most desire.

She helps clients and audiences shift their perspective and own their superpower. Bambi’s work impacts performance, organizational growth, and the bottom line. Her methodology focuses on clarity, fosters courage, and encourages responsibility. She arms clients with the tools and vision they need to extend the boundaries they see as possible for themselves, their communities and their organizations.

Bambi’s clients have included start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and schools. Her speaking clients include Toshiba, Exxon, Houston First Corporate, Rice University, BGE, Houston ISD, Magnolia ISD, Amegy Bank, Texas Bankers Association and more. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and has presented to audiences as large as 1,000 people at national business conferences including the American Society of Training and Development and Society of Human Resource Management. To date, her favorite speaking destination has been Maui, Hawaii.

She has been a guest professor at Rice University and The University of Houston. In 2016, she received the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Thought Leader Award and was named one of Houston’s Business Women to watch in 2017 by the same organization.

Before she became an entrepreneur in 2004, Bambi spent 24 years in the banking industry. Under Bambi’s leadership, Sterling Bank in Houston, Texas was named a “Best Place to Work” and recorded record profits. The University she started received an ATD award recognizing organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success as a result of employee learning and development.
